Liquid Silver Shawl

This is called the "Liquid Silver Wrap" and is from the elann.com website. The laceweight yarn I used is Pure silk 20-2 from Yarn and Fiber Company and is color storm. I highly recommend using laceweight needles, as it makes a huge difference. I only did two repeats wide of the pattern, not three. I got my beads from Hobby Lobby.

The shawl pin is a Fair Trade endeavor by a group called "Rwanda Knits".

Shawl

This is the shawl I made for Heather for the HIJ swap. I used Marble yarn and the diagonal box stitch. If you look carefully on the right shoulder part of the shawl, you can see some of the stitchmarkers my sister made.

Connected Hearts Triangle Shawl

This is the Connected Hearts Triangle Shawl made for a fellow Sky member's Grandma. This pattern is very easy and I added a picot edging. It's made with Caron Simply Soft in white and measures about 60" across and 30" deep. I hope her Gram will like it. :)

Here's a closeup of the edging.
